Private Sessions
Private sessions with me are as unique and varied as the students who take them. I work with students who are brand new to yoga, as well as those who have been practicing and teaching for years. Many have scoliosis or spinal fusion, and just as many do not. Whether you are new to yoga, working through an injury, or simply trying to better understand your body, mind, and heart, I would be delighted to work with you.

Because consistency is essential to change, and change takes time, I offer all Private Sessions in 4-session series. For these 4 sessions, we will meet weekly or every other week, and allow our work together to take whatever form feels most appropriate: active movement, restorative yoga, breath work, or even philosophy! Whatever the content, this format allows us time for the student-teacher relationship to develop, and for you to witness the effects of what you are learning.
